Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
~ Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to avoid losing their deposit.
~ Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
Late Arrivals & Fees:
~ We allow a 15minute grace period for late arrivals. After this period, a $20 late fee will be applied.
~ If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled at the technician’s discretion.
Refunds:
~ Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward a future appointment if rescheduled within the allowed timeframe.
~ If an appointment is canceled by the business due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
